SPARK Medical

Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms. By using SPARK you agree to them.

1. What SPARK is

SPARK is a clinical decision-support and documentation tool for qualified clinicians. It is a reference aid, not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for professional judgment. Every result must be verified against the patient's clinical condition and current guidelines. The treating clinician remains fully responsible for all clinical decisions.

2. No warranty & limitation of liability

SPARK is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPARK & Co studio and its operators are not liable for any loss, harm, or damages, clinical, financial, or otherwise, arising from use of, reliance on, errors in, or unavailability of the service. You use SPARK at your own professional risk.

3. Your account

You need an account for most features. One account is for one person. Only one device may be signed in at a time; a new sign-in ends the previous session. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. No account sharing

Accounts and subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login, or letting others use your subscriptions, is prohibited. If we detect account sharing, we may suspend or delete the account and remove all of its subscriptions without refund.

5. No patient data

Do not enter or store real patient-identifying information in SPARK beyond what your clinical duty requires, and never share it outside that duty. SPARK is not a medical-record system. You are responsible for complying with your institution's rules and applicable privacy law.

6. Payments & subscriptions

Paid dashboards are sold per the plan shown at purchase. Access is granted once payment is confirmed. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a subscription is activated. Prices and plans may change.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use bots or automated tools to create accounts or access the service, scrape or resell content, or attempt to bypass access controls or the single-device rule.

8. Disputes and arbitration

If something goes wrong, contact us first through Contact Admin. Most problems are settled that way, and we ask for 30 days to try. If a dispute cannot be resolved between us, both sides agree to settle it by arbitration under the rules of the Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI) in Jakarta, in Indonesian, before a single arbitrator, and the award is final and binding. This does not remove any right you have under Indonesian consumer law, including bringing a matter to BPSK, and either of us may still go to court to stop an infringement of intellectual property or to enforce an arbitration award.

9. Claims are brought individually

Claims are brought in your own name and resolved individually. To the fullest extent the law allows, you and SPARK & Co studio each agree not to bring or join a class action, a collective or representative action, or a consolidated arbitration, and an arbitrator may not combine more than one person's claims or award relief to anyone who is not a party. If a court decides this section cannot be enforced for a particular claim, that claim proceeds in court and the rest of section 9 still applies to everything else.

10. Changes to your subscription

We may activate, extend, correct, upgrade, downgrade, merge or migrate a subscription for operational reasons: fixing a mistake, honouring something we promised, retiring a package, or moving accounts onto a new plan. A change made in your favour, such as extra time or a higher tier granted at no charge, is a goodwill gesture and not an admission of any kind, creates no entitlement to the same treatment again, and can be reversed if it was granted in error. Access already paid for will not be reduced below what you purchased for the period you paid for. Where a change reduces what you hold, we will tell you and, at our option, refund the unused portion or restore the previous access.

11. Sources and third-party material

SPARK's calculators implement published clinical criteria and formulas. Facts, thresholds and numbers are not copyrightable; the wording, layout and code around them are SPARK's own, written for this product. Where a source is licensed for reuse, we follow that licence and name it beside the tool. Where a source is not, we cite it and do not reproduce it. If you believe something here infringes your rights, write to us through Contact Admin with enough detail to identify it and we will review it promptly and remove or replace anything that should not be here. We ask you to raise it with us before anything else.

12. Acceptance & changes

By creating an account and/or making a payment, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms. We may update them; continued use means you accept the current version. Questions? Reach us through the in-app Contact Admin chat.
